An Enduring Power of Attorney is similar to a General Power of Attorney in that it allows a person appointed by you to manage your affairs. An Enduring Power of Attorney comes into affect whether or not you become legally incapacitated. Restrictions are able to be placed on your appointed attorney as to what assets and affairs they are able to manage, giving you peace of mind.
